PM Level 2: Quarterly Incident Property Management

  • Rent receipt and disbursement 
  • Handle and record all tenant communication and requests
  • One Property Management Service Incident covered per quarter

PM Level 3: Full Property Management

  • Rent receipt and disbursement 
  • Handle and record all tenant communication and requests
  • Unlimited Property Management Service Incidents covered -- up to annual maximum time limit, with unused time spent credited forward

 

LEASE-UP SERVICES

Lease-up Level 1: Start and Finish Lease-up

  • Market Research
  • Ad creation, hosting, distribution, and bi-weekly Craigslist posting
  • Ad contacts will be listed to directly contact the owner (email / phone)
  • Credit and reference checks
  • Lease-up document signing
  • Unit walk-through and inspection

Lease-up Level 2: Owner Self-Show

  • Includes all Lease-up Tier 1 services
  • Handle all email / phone requests from prospective tenants, with pre-screening.
  • Candidates will be directed to attend owner-given showings scheduled at owner’s pre-chosen date and times

Lease-up Level 3: Full Lease-up

  • Includes all Lease-up Tier 2 services
  • Candidates will be directed to attend Level Field PM-given weekly showing times
  • Mid-lease tenant follow-up
  • Move-out walkthough and inspection
